The Gaines Report

 The Gaines Report produced by Bill Gaines of Gaines & Associates provides that status of all regulatory items of interest to the hunting community being considered by the Fish and Game Commission, and a summary and status of all legislation of interest to the hunting and wildlife conservation community at our State Capitol.

Attention Instructors!  If you have an idea you would like to share, or something you would like to hear about, or even share some photos, please send them to us!

We can teach classes again!  Remember to go to Event Manager to get your classes going!

The Purpose of the Northern California Hunter Education Instructors Association is to assist all of the Instructors in Northern California in ways which the Department of Fish and Wildlife may not be able to, and to aid in the training and aquisition of equipment and supplies needed to instruct Hunter Education classes.

As a Hunter Educaiton Instructor you are automatically a member of NCHEIA.  There are no annual dues or membership fees of any kind.  We are here for all instructors and encourage all instructors to be involved with what we do for you.
